My hope is that both my personal experiences and professional work in this space can be of real support to you and the people you care about most.
Because I get it. I really, really do.
Time to exhale.
Whether this started as a quiet conversation with family, or a sudden event that shook everything—it doesn’t matter how you got here. What matters is that you’re here.
If the past feels complicated or the present feels unmanageable—just know, you’re not alone in that.
Promising to figure it all out today is unrealistic.
But, if we can take even a small fraction of that weight off your shoulders today, then we’ve already done something meaningful—together.
Life isn’t a single moment, it’s a series of phases.
Some are exciting. Some are challenging. Many are a mix of both.
A phase that led me here.
Several years ago, my mom suffered a sudden medical emergency that left her completely dependent overnight.
In shock, terrified, and completely unprepared, I stepped in as her healthcare advocate and decision-maker while trying to answer impossible questions:
Where will she live?
How do we keep her safe?
How will we manage all of this?
Am I making the right decisions?
At the same time, I found myself navigating the overwhelming process of sorting, downsizing, clearing out, and ultimately moving not one—but two homes filled with generations of belongings.
I share this because I’ve been there.
I’ve been the daughter suddenly responsible for everything.
The one making urgent decisions without a roadmap. The one trying to coordinate care, manage logistics, navigate family dynamics, and hold it all together at once.
That experience is one of the reasons I founded Every Phase Transitions.
Not just to help manage moves, but to provide thoughtful guidance and hands-on support through all the pieces surrounding life’s transitions—drawing from both lived experience and my professional background as an Aging Life Care Manager.
I’ve lived it—and I can help.
